The Great Chyren Welfare Council welcomes and admires countries with budget surpluses as a percentage of GDP. We believe that these countries have governments that are taking appropriate measures to prudently use the revenues they have earned.
We feel that these governments should invest this surplus amount in the following ways:
- Subsidizing farmers to make low-priced food available to poor people
- Providing healthcare and natural therapy to maintain healthiness for all global people
- Supporting environmental preservation
The Great Chyren Welfare Council requests all countries with healthy budget surpluses to help us by providing 50% of this amount to form a global pool to create “A World of Humanity.” The remaining 50% of the amount can be used to serve their own people.
This humanitarian act will be a never-before-seen model and inspiration for nations struggling with debt.
If implemented with a proper plan and determination to follow the guidelines decided by the United Nations with suggestions from the Great Chyren Welfare Council, this initiative will develop a global family of humans enjoying peace, pleasure, prosperity, and universal brotherhood.
